Screening & Approval
Background, credit, and employment verification. Most processed within 48 hours.

Lease Signing & Move-In
Once approved, we prepare your lease, collect deposit, and schedule move-in.
What You'll Need
- Government-issued photo ID
- Proof of income (recent pay stubs or tax returns)
- Employment verification letter
- Two most recent bank statements
- References from previous landlords
- Completed rental application
- Application fee (non-refundable)
NYC income requirement: Combined household income should be at least 40x the monthly rent.
